He crafts exquisite, personalized menus that cater to all dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, diabetic, kosher, and halal, ensuring every guest feels seen, cared for, and satisfied.

As a testament to his commitment to culinary excellence, Chef Mario has expanded his expertise through studies at renowned institutions such as TSUKIJI COOKING SCHOOL in Japan, under the tutelage of internationally acclaimed multi-Michelin-starred chef SUZUKI YOSHITSUGU, and the Blue Elephant Culinary School in Bangkok, led by the world-renowned Chef Nooror Somany Steppe.

Rising before dawn, Chef Mario brings tireless energy and grace under pressure to every service. He sources only the freshest ingredients, often selecting them himself to guarantee quality and taste. Whether preparing sushi, artisan breads, or a Mediterranean feast, he focuses on every detail to elevate each meal into a memorable occasion. Our Japanese cooking school, led by the internationally renowned, multi-Michelin-starred Chef SUZUKI YOSHITSUGU, represents an unparalleled experience in the culinary world. It is impossible to fully describe the magic of his dishes: his refined technique and unique style are manifested through his expert hands and the knife with which he creates every gastronomic work of art.

Observing these movements is pure poetry, comparable to the beauty and depth of a Picasso painting. Thanks to this experience, I have refined my sushi techniques and had the opportunity to explore a new and fascinating world of traditional Japanese cuisine, enriching my professional journey with the authenticity and mastery of a millennia-old culture.

MYDA SCHOOL

Myda Cooking School in Catania is a leading Sicilian culinary center offering highly specialized training since 2012. It provides both professional courses for aspiring chefs and amateur classes for cooking enthusiasts, focusing on advanced techniques while celebrating local Sicilian traditions. Myda is dedicated to professional development, offering diverse programs like pastry and pizza making, and support for job placement.
